Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd 1982) is a South African actress, model and television personality. Brandt made her debut as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her part as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Since then, the actress has been featured in numerous television shows, including those of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt has been playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up at Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. Before her rise to fame as a model she was employed in sales at retail and also served as an expert in recruitment for information technology. The role she played was Leilani who was a native of New Zealand in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her first appearance was as a character in Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia as a slave on the series. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. Craig Parker starred alongside her on three shows that aired on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in the Netflix hit show Lucifer. This is her largest role to date. The show features Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside and D. B. Woodside.
